One of the most rewarding things about Bain is the strong corporate culture.

Why Bain?

From the very first on-campus presentation, Bain came across loud and clear that it was a different sort of consulting company. The passion for results -making a tangible, positive difference to every client - said to me that Bain was an organization was always pushing the boundaries.

My passion

One of the most rewarding things about Bain is the strong corporate culture. When we say that a Bainie never lets another Bainie fail, it really is true. Keeping this tradition alive and passing it on to new generations is something we all get involved with, and I love sharing this passion with new recruits.

My favorite case

I've recently been working with a telecoms client helping them understand where in their business and their footprint they make money - and where they lose it. It has been a voyage of discovery for the client, and it has been great for me personally to help answer the biggest questions our client leadership team is facing.

My perspective on diversity at Bain

Bain thrives on having people from all walks of life be an integral part of our culture - one of the best things about Bain is the people you work with and the people you meet. As a business, truly reflecting our communities and stakeholders is vital to have the breadth and depth of experience necessary to give the best advice to our clients.

A final thought

At Bain, your future and the pathway to it really are in your hands. You will be exposed to a variety of industries and client issues, you will be challenged in ways you might have never imagined, and you have to be happy with always pushing yourself to make sense of the evolving world around you. It is hard work, but it is also fun.
