The full backing of Bain

The Bridgespan Group, is an independent 501(3) nonprofit organization that has offices in New York, Boston and San Francisco. Since its founding in 2000, Bain has been an important supporter of and contributor to Bridgespan. Bain has contributed talent, capital and knowledge to help fuel Bridgespan's growth. Many of the Bridgespan staff have their roots in Bain, in fact Bridgespan's founder stepped aside as Bain's worldwide managing director to create and grow Bridgespan.

While at Bain, you may have the opportunity to do a 6 month externship with Bridgespan, where you can apply your skills towards impacting the causes that you're passionate about. On Bridgespan engagements, you enjoy access to Bain's 35-plus years of innovative strategic insights, frameworks, and tools and will also learn how Bridgespan uniquely uses these tools, as well as their own proprietary ones, in the social sector. Our award-winning intellectual assets, including our thought leaders, are also at your disposal. In short, we set you up to succeed.
