Cross-office teams
More than 50 percent of our teams work with different offices to consult for our multi-national clients. Many of our clients work on a global scale, and Bain provides seamless support across borders and cultures. This creates tremendous opportunities for you to experience business challenges across many countries and cultures. And to develop into a true global business leader.
A typical Bain case team includes two partners, a manager, and a number of consultants and associate consultants. You'll learn quickly from all members of the team and embrace new challenges every day. Mentorship at every level provides in-depth learning and professional development.
