To foster a sense of community, Bain has created an online platform for women called the Women's Experience Center (WXC), which arms women with useful information and a network of women at Bain. The WXC is an intranet site which provides Women at Bain a resource for coaching, discussion boards, a support system of female colleagues, interesting research and more.
