The Global Women's Leadership Council (GWLC) is a group of Bain Partners from around the globe whose vision is to enable the delivery of outstanding client results by making Bain the employer of choice for the best female business talent in the world.

The GWLC's mission is threefold:

Redefine the standards in our industry on how we manage diversity.
Provide opportunities for talented women in the leadership of our firm.
Work with firm leadership to ensure we are helping our female employees reach their full potential by providing exceptional support, training, and mentorship.

Change leadership: Utilize full program office processes and suite of tools to drive engagement and support change globally

Recruiting: Turbocharge women's recruiting efforts across all levels and offices

Inspire, teach, and learn: Make sure Bain's culture supports Women at Bain's vision through policies and training programs

Share of voice: Integrated marketing, PR, and partnerships to elevate Bain's profile globally on this topic

Flexible delivery models & career paths: Increase knowledge around and access to the multiple paths to Partner

Higher-touch talent management: Provide mentoring and coaching to help guide our women, particularly at critical transition points
