Veterans at Bain is a formal organization of Bain professionals with backgrounds in the Armed Forces. The primary goals and objectives of Veterans at Bain are to:

• Attract, develop and retain the world's top veteran business leaders
• Provide support and resources for their professional success and retention
• Facilitate knowledge and experience sharing
• Foster formal and informal mentoring relationships
• Build a sense of camaraderie and take care of each other

To help us reach these goals and objectives, we coordinate a number of activities. We share experiences, ideas, successes, and challenges with each other on monthly calls, run informational sessions and workshops for veterans interested in a consulting career with Bain, coordinate a veterans mentor program, organize local office social events and more.
