Beyond the desk

Through a variety of activities, we encourage our people to bond and spend time with their colleagues. These events might be as light as a Friday afternoon "happy hour" or as significant as a volunteer day at a local nonprofit.

In the office: Bain-sponsored events such as office wide activities, off site retreats, community service, case team and class events strengthen our professional relationships and are fun too!

Outside the office: Members of the Bain community regularly create a variety of social activities for Bain employees. Cultural, social, musical, athletic - you name the group, it probably exists at Bain and, if not, set one up and invite your colleagues to join!

The highlight of the social calendar is the Bain World Cup - a global office-wide football (soccer) tournament which attracts over 1,000 participants!
