Beyond the desk

Since our founding in 1973, Bain leadership has strived to make our firm an enjoyable and personally enriching place to be.

Through a variety of activities, we encourage our people to bond and spend time with their colleagues. These events might be as light as a Friday-afternoon "happy hour" or as significant as a volunteer day at a local nonprofit.
