We have a client call with the European integration team to review the current status of key issues in each of the European countries affected by the merger.

Discussion — activity prioritization and resource prioritization
I have the chance to talk with the chief integration officer to identify the highest-priority activities going forward and to align resources to those activities.

Review — updated functional checklist
I schedule a follow-up meeting with the consultant and associate consultant to review changes made from the previous discussion. We also identify the questions that will clarify our understanding of outstanding issues.
