Week in the life
9:00 AM
The second day of the workshop kicks off. We manage to get alignment on the key strategic parameters for the business unit in this market. Bain’s job over the next two weeks is to codify the strategy and deliver it in a presentation to the regional business HQ in Singapore within a week.
3:00 PM
We head back to the Bain office. I have feedback chats (PD chats in Bain nomenclature) with the Associate Consultant and the Consultant on the case. I also have a feedback session with my manager and partner.
5:00 PM
I end the week with a recruitment planning meeting with the office staffing partner and HR. There is an upcoming presentation and interviews at the London Business School which I would need to attend. I also spend some time preparing the messages for the all important meeting next week with my client’s regional HQ.
