Client meeting
We visit one of the client’s executives to discuss our current hypothesis. He gives us some useful advice which we will use to help further develop our work as we go forward.

Draw insights from customer interviews
Our team has now conducted 30+ customer interviews. I go through all the interview minutes to see if there are any common points coming out. This work is usually more difficult than data analysis, but I personally really enjoy it. Although you can’t get the whole picture from just reading one, a synthesis of them together usually provides a few recurring themes that we can then look at in more detail.

English conversation lessons
I have an English conversation lesson for 2 hours a week. Although my English is fair for what I need on a daily basis, I need to have it up to a professional standard in order to take an office transfer. My aim is to go on transfer next year and so I am trying my best to get my English up to par!
