Bain has a big focus on community impact.

• Why Bain?

  My reasons for joining Bain were two fold. The first was the opportunity to work on challenging problems where I would have a real impact on my client's business. The second was the amazing people at Bain; after spending just a short amount of time with them I realised that Bain would also be a fun place to work.

• My passion

  Bain has a big focus on community impact. From the community impact day to the pro bono consulting services to not-for-profits, Bain does a lot to ensure they have a positive impact on the community. Outside of Bain, I volunteer at my local State Emergency Service (SES) Unit, responding to flood and storm emergencies.

• My perspective on diversity at Bain

  Every person at Bain has a unique background either academically or outside of their studies. These unique experiences are valued and Bainies are encouraged to share their creative ideas.

• A final thought

  At the end of the day, the type of work you do determines if your day was exciting but it's the people you worked with that determine if you had fun doing it.
