Contributing to the development of junior team members is my passion at Bain. It's amazing to see the influence you can have on someone's career and abilities.

• Why Bain?

  I can't think of anywhere else that would give me the same opportunity to learn, to work on tough and exciting problems and to interact with such amazing mentors. Like everyone at Bain, I continually keep an eye out for that opportunity that would trump the Bain experience. But also, like everyone at Bain, I'm starting to wonder if that really exists. I haven't seen anything in five years that would give me either better opportunities or more flexibility.
