There are so many opportunities at Bain. I was given the chance to transfer to our London office for 12 months to fulfill my desire to travel and live in Europe. Bain is very flexible and was kind enough to offer me a position on my return to Sydney. The culture & people at Bain make coming into work everyday a joy! The dedication of the Support Team is outstanding; everyone knows they are part of the bigger picture and always give 110 percent.

I love speaking to the students who are so enthusiastic about joining Bain. I also love seeing them through the process from start to finish and having them accept a Bain offer. They are so young and energetic and very keen to succeed in their professional career.

Most recently I was part of the Australian Practice's Offsite Committee which coordinates ALL logistics for the annual company conference (aka Offsite). It was great to see it all come together on the day from the morning conference at Luna Park, enjoying the rides in the afternoon to dinner and dancing while sailing the harbour on a luxury cruiser in the evening.

Women at Bain is a top priority at Bain. We have a very dedicated team locally & globally, who run initiatives, events, mentoring & coaching sessions, informal gatherings and experience sharing with top female executives (who are not necessarily Bainies). 

My one thought would be to do as much research on Bain as possible. This may be by reading through our marketing material, having information chats with our Consultants (who are more than willing), practicing our online case studies at joinbain.com, attending our on-campus presentations and case workshops, and last but not least, please feel free to get in contact with me at any time!
