Why Bain?
I liked the fact that it offered a career which provided a combination of challenging work allowing me to learn and progress but also being allowed me to be surrounded by people while working in a team. What made me choose Bain over other consultancies was the people I met from Bain during the application process, they all were people I would be more than happy to work with.

My passion
I have been working on the Bain Cares Fund committee which provides an efficient and results orientated method of charitable giving. This is something I have really enjoyed being part of. Outside Bain my passion is travelling and seeing different parts of the world, I have a particular love of South America

My favorite case
My current case has meant I have had the to opportunity to work in both Chile and South Africa and understand businesses in both cultures.
-
My personal results story
Being part of the team which organized the Bain Cares Charitable day which involved the whole office spending the day volunteering with different causes.

My perspective on diversity at Bain
I am currently in a team of 12 and that includes 8 different nationalities, which isn't an abnormal situation. The office is full of people from different backgrounds both culturally and academically.

A final thought
Bain offers a result orientated, driven environment which will challenge and teach you. It is a great place to learn from the work you do and also the people you are surrounded by.
