  • Why Bain?

    My major reason for joining Bain back in 1999 is the same one that has kept me here for nine years: the people I've had an opportunity to connect with. I knew I'd be working hard no matter where I went, so I wanted to be "in the trenches" with people I truly like and enjoy working with.

  • My passion

    My two greatest passions are travel and sport, both of which I get to enjoy working at Bain. During my career here, I've had opportunities to travel to a variety of places, from small-town USA to major international cities. Thanks to Bain's commitment to sustainable, healthy lifestyles for their people, I've been able to pursue both my career goals and interests, such as going to the gym and mid-week basketball with the "Bain Bombers," our own basketball team here in LA.

  • My favorite case

    There are too many to list, but I recently finished working with GLAAD, a non-profit gay and lesbian advocacy organization I've been involved with for many years. My fellow partners agreed to invest a case team to work with GLAAD to develop its five-year strategic plan. We worked alongside GLAAD to better understand the GLBT environment and develop specific actions around funding and programs. Our work was highly praised by the board and will set the foundation for GLAAD's growth over the next five years.

  • My personal results story

    Bain is truly an amazing organization. I've grown both professionally and personally during my nine years here. Over time, Bain has nurtured my development and has been very supportive of me living my life as an openly gay partner. My husband and daughter are part of the Bain family and warmly welcomed to Bain-sponsored events.
