  Bain offers the chance to work with great people on projects that directly affect how business strategize and operate. The employees, from my age, whom I consider friends, up to the senior partners who direct projects, are equally focused on delivering quality work to our clients while continuing to make the job enjoyable.

• My passion

  After work, I take advantage of being located in the heart of Boston whether it is eating at the quality restaurants or jogging along the Charles as the sun sets.

• My personal results story

  On a recent case I was helping one company track savings that it gained from merging with another firm. I was able to become an expert on all the different projects it was conducting to save money and push the client to follow through on its initiatives. Each month when the client posted a graph of how much they had saved I knew a portion of that was from the work I was doing.

• A final thought

  There are many reasons to come to Bain, including the jobs offered for when you leave Bain, the chance to work with senior officers at major companies, and the experience of learning the nuts and bolts of business. The most compelling factor to me, though, is the people here, particularly my fellow younger co-workers. There's a friendship among us that seems hard to come by in jobs straight out of college. The job can get difficult at times and it is good to have them there for support.
