  • Why Bain?

That's easy, it's culture. Right away, I could tell that Bain was a company that invested in its people and its culture. It's great to work at a place where people truly care about you and your career development. It doesn't hurt that the people at Bain are absolutely remarkable and very friendly.

  • My passion

I am very passionate about non-profit work. At Bain, there are a tremendous number of opportunities to give back to the community whether it is through our annual service day, United Way Auction or through Inspire non-profit cases.

  • My favorite case

My most recent case involved helping an Ivy-league university with reorganization and restructuring during the economic downturn. I found it really exciting to work on analysis that ended up saving the university large amounts of money and seeing our work appear in the news as well.

  • A final thought

While case interviews may seem intimidating at first, they get easier over time and the best way to prepare is through practice. I've found that people who tend to enjoy case interviews also enjoy consulting; so if that's the case for you, you should absolutely apply to Bain.
