  I decided to join Bain because I wanted to develop my business skills and because of the people I met throughout the recruiting process.

  Therefore, the projects in which I've been involved, have given me the opportunity to travel to other cities, to meet and work with people from around the world. Frankly, Other Bainies have received me very with open arms everywhere I've gone!
  

• My passion

  Outside of the office, I love travelling, meeting with friends and practicing sports, especially paddling. During the last few years, I've been involved in some paddle tournaments and enjoy playing it competitively.

• My personal results story

  I've been involved in two projects regarding two different industries, retail and transportation services (airlines). Working in benchmarking studies, I've been able to see the position of these companies in the market, understanding the strategy they follow and this has allowed me to gain a better business perspective.
  Since I started, I feel I'm learning something new every day.

• My perspective on diversity at Bain

  I really love the diversity of Bain people and projects. Working with people from all around the world in different industries makes every project very unique. Routine is something you'll never feel at Bain!
