After working on a wide range of cases over the course of a year, it has become clear that everyone at Bain is consistently working toward the common goal of making each other successful and delivering far more than the client expects. It's a fantastic feeling going to work everyday knowing that you have the eager support of close friends who also happen to be some of the sharpest people you'll ever meet.

Having been a middle school math teacher before coming to Bain, I place a high premium on both learning and mentoring. In my first year at Bain, I have already had countless opportunities help develop my colleagues' skill sets, and vice versa.
