Why Bain?
It's the variety of industries you're exposed to and the complex nature of the problems you encounter that make work at Bain challenging and rewarding. The greatest excitement, however, comes from working with teams of amazingly diverse professionals, each bringing their own unique experience and perspective to the table. The most unique thing about Bain is the fact that its people, their diverse backgrounds notwithstanding, are extremely passionate and remain completely approachable. Those people are the main reason I chose Bain.

My passion
What drives me at Bain is the fact that you and your team will always be working towards real and tangible results. You'll feel the impact of your work as the world's leading firms determine their most critical decisions based on your analysis. And you'll feel this impact from day one.
Outside consulting, my greatest passions are exploring foreign cultures, fitness and film. One thing that has been wonderful about the Bain experience is that I have made friends from all over the world during the global Associate Consultant training - some of whom I've even visited in their home countries.

My favorite case
I've had the pleasure on working on a series of cases for a client in telecommunications. During this time, I delved deeply into a variety of subjects such as strategic planning, product development and media rights valuation. Getting to know this client and unraveling the industry it's operating in has been a tremendously exciting experience for me. I now feel I truly understand my client and its industry - after only a few months of work!

My personal results story
In my casework, I've been able to drive increasingly large and complex pieces of analysis, and the outcomes of my analyses have been increasingly important. Much of my work has made in into the boardrooms of clients, informing some of the most critical decisions our clients need to make.

A final thought
The most surprising element of my Bain experience so far is how much fun we're having, and how much devotion there is to each consultant's personal development. Bain is definitely a great place to launch - or further - a career!
