Why Bain?
I chose Bain because I love the people. Bainies are down-to-earth and fun to be around, but are also serious about work and committed to client value.

My passion
Due to my bi-racial heritage, I have been actively involved in two of Bain's affinity groups: Latinos at Bain (LATBA) and Blacks at Bain (BABS).
As one of the New York co-leads for LATBA, I am excited to continue building a strong Latino community that can help Latinos to learn and grow as consultants and as people. Our mission is to make Bain the best career option for Latino talent, and I hope to see you join us!BABS has been a very positive part of my Bain experience. They helped welcome me into the firm, answered many of my questions and gave me the peace of mind that I had an additional network at Bain to which I could turn for help.

A final thought
For those interested in a consulting career, I urge you to think about how a firm treats its people. When I was considering whether to join Bain, it was important for me to work for a firm that was truly committed to adding value not only to its clients but also to its consultants.
Bain has a history of innovative programs that allow its consultants to professionally develop along a flexible path. At the same time, Bain pays a lot of attention to how that path is traversed and is dedicated to creating an environment where its consultants continuously learn, deliver great results and have fun along the way.
