I joined Bain because of the relentless focus on results, the generalist approach to training consultants and the connection with the people that I met across all levels of the organization.

My passion at Bain is for Healthcare work. So far I have spent 7 months helping one of our largest biotech clients and learnt a huge amount about the Healthcare industry along the way.

Outside of the office, I am have a passion for scuba-diving (I am a PADI professional) and enjoy playing poker (for money!).

If you are in the fortunate position to get multiple offers from consulting firms, my advice would be to choose based on where you best 'fit' with the people. Meet as many people as possible post-offer from each firm at all levels. For me that was by far the most important deciding factor in joining Bain over other consulting firms!
