  My passion at Bain is the ability to make a difference and have impact. We are really relentless about that.
  
  Outside of Bain, I love scuba diving, skiing, sailing, my house and my family (including my son who will be born in a few weeks).

• My favorite case

  A challenging case was the revision of the go-to-market model for a medical supplies player. It was very rewarding because we went from strategy design to full implementation, from brainstorming networks to designing a new pricing system and training the salesforce on how to do that. We love to "get our hands dirty."

• A final thought

  Bain surprised me by its meritocracty and its down to earth culture. At the end of the day, concrete achievements is what will make your career more marketable.
