  Joining Bain provided me with a wonderful opportunity to learn about a variety of business models and how strategic decisions are made.  In addition to the thorough training, the Bain Atlanta culture creates a hardworking, fun and enjoyable work environment.

• My passion

  Thus far, my passion at Bain has been getting to know my fellow colleagues. I have discovered more often than not that learning is accomplished at a greater pace by communicating with my colleagues rather than pursuing the answer independently. These experiences are almost always mutually beneficial and help not only to improve skill sets but to develop strong friendships.
