That resonated with me because I wanted to wake up each morning looking forward to the day.

• My passion

  I've always been excited about how technology changes the way we live and how businesses work. At Bain I've been able to pursue this passion by joining our Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) practice and helping major clients develop breakthrough strategies that chart the way the technology world evolves.
  
  In addition, as a leader in our Private Equity Group, I help major PE firms understand the value of TMT companies and the opportunity to generate shareholder value.

  My favorite recent case involved developing a Healthcare strategy for a Global 500 technology company. The application of technology in Healthcare will revolutionize the way people are cared for, eliminating massive inefficiencies and cost, while dramatically improving the quality of care. Helping our client affect such dramatic change was particularly rewarding.

• My personal results story

  When I think of my personal results story I think not only of the impact I have working with CEOs of major businesses and MDs of major PE firms, but also the impact I've had on the Bain community and my local community. Bain provides an almost limitless opportunity to excel in business, but it's the leadership opportunities you have at the firm and the pro-bono opportunities to give back to the community that help differentiate the total experience.
