• Why Bain?

  I chose Bain because I found it to be by far the best firm in terms of offering fabulous personal and professional development opportunities, the chance to get involved with social initiatives outside of day-to-day work, and the opportunity to work with down-to-earth and incredibly motivated people every day.
  

• My passion

  I'm passionate about taking opportunities to leverage my consulting knowledge to work with social impact organizations to assist them to be more effective and efficient in delivering their social objectives. 

  My first case at Bain was working with a not-for-profit charity, which will be a world-class cancer treatment and research facility providing integrated care to patients and carers. We assisted the executive team to develop a 'flight plan' to turn the charity's concept into a working hospital, and supported the development of the internal processes and structures. 

  More recently I have been working with one of the largest charities in Australia to assist in the development of their strategic vision. This is part of Bain's "Extra 10%" program, which encourages people at Bain to get involved in projects outside of normal case work.
  

• My perspective on diversity at Bain

  Bain has a number of initiatives to promote diversity in the workplace, recognizing that in celebrating and embracing diversity it can be a more interesting and productive place to work. I have participated in a number of the Women at Bain initiatives, including casual get-togethers with other women in the office, the Women at Bain mentoring program, and the Women at Bain speaker events.
