• My favorite case

  I was recently working with a large multi-national conglomerate that wanted to split into three separate companies to better focus on the strategic needs of the individual businesses it operated. Splitting apart a 100+ year old corporation is challenging, stressful, and scary for a number of people involved. What I loved about the opportunity was how much we became part of the DNA of the solution to the problems our client was facing. We weren't simply working for a client and giving updates; we were in the trenches, working with the client as full team-members. It's a type of collaboration you can't find at most service companies.
