I am working on the sales and service strategy of a commercial vehicle manufacturer. My role is to lead one of the sub-teams (4 associate consultants and myself) to conduct the customer segmentation and to redesign the structure of the sales force accordingly. We have already been working for 2 months, and are currently preparing for the interim reporting to the CEO, which is currently scheduled for 3 weeks from now.
