Why Bain?
When I met the Bain consultants, at my school's Bain event, I immediately experienced a difference in comparison to the other consultancy firms. The fun, enthusiast, entrepreneurial, and modest mindset was very appealing to me and I could not have made a better choice than starting my career at Bain!

My passion
I really enjoy organizing events. Even though I have only been here five months, I have already helped in the organization of our office trip to Roland Garros, our upcoming Summer Event, Women @ Bain fun events, and many others. These events allow consultants to let off steam and relax with their colleagues. I find it very rewarding helping to make this possible.

My favorite case
My very first project is still my favorite. Starting your first day and immediately getting the responsibility of building and mastering an entire model is a huge opportunity that makes every day exciting. When you receive emails, months after the case has ended, in which the client shares results generated by your model, you feel like you really made an impact on the way the company works.

My personal results story
The previous story shows the rewards you can get when doing this job in close relationship with interesting clients.
The responsibility and coaching you receive from the very start help you grow in every possible way. I have only been here for a couple months but I am so excited about what is to come!

My perspective on diversity at Bain
The Bain culture is about treating every single person equally. There are, of course, different needs among different groups of people, something that Bain does not neglect. I am part of the Women @ Bain; we organize specific women only events where we can share our experiences and thoughts related to gender.

A final thought
I think it is very important to have an immediate connection with the Bain people you meet during recruiting events, interviews, etc; as you will be working together, I feel it is important to like your colleagues.
The "Bain family" is not a myth but something you will enjoy every day you work at Bain and it is an experience not to be missed.
