"My role consisted of overseeing the whole project management of the transformation with the different teams. I supported the respective managers in scoping and framing the various work streams. I worked on a day-to-day basis with management and shareholders to ensure alignment and implementation of the overall recommendations. I acted as a liason between the client and our teams to ensure expectations and deadlines would be respected across all work streams. I also worked directly with one consultant, Jean-Baptiste, on the 5-year strategic plan; I truly enjoyed being directly involved in individual work streams."

"Without any doubt the biggest challenge was ensuring constant alignment of all parties involved: management team, shareholders, client team members that are responsible for implementation, Bain teams,...It's a great challenge to put the puzzle together and to make sure the entire machine runs and results get delivered."

"For me the most incredible part was the team atmosphere at all times, every day, throughout the case. Even during the toughest moments, the team stuck together and had loads of fun, during and after working hours, during case events, and also with clients.
