Bain career progression
Our flexible culture allows you to pursue your passions and shape your own Bain career. You'll receive the necessary support to tailor your career through ongoing training, mentoring and feedback.
Your growth at Bain is driven by your performance, not by your tenure. We refer to this as meritocracy. It means that there is no fixed career path or length of time that a person should stay at a particular level. We believe in recognizing and rewarding outstanding performers.
