Part-time and job-sharing options

Some employees, with family, career, or personal needs, may opt for a part-time work arrangement. Bain will help you determine what arrangement works best for your specific needs.

"Take Two" extended breaks

This program allows interested and eligible Bain employees to take an extended break (typically two months) to rejuvenate and/or fulfill personal goals.

Sabbaticals and leaves of absence

We know that life pulls you in different directions. We offer sabbaticals and leaves so that you can take time off when needed for personal reasons.
