Where we find the best candidates
We are always looking for talented, experienced professionals—from those who are still in school to those with successful business or consulting experience. We have many different entry points, depending on your level of experience.
We recruit from the top graduate schools around the globe for our new class of Consultants each year. These professionals include MBAs and/or graduates with single or joint advanced degrees (JD, MD, PhD). In addition, we recruit first-year MBAs from top graduate schools for our Summer Associate (SA) Program.
Bain searches for candidates to fill our Associate Consultant positions at top-tier colleges and universities around the globe. Associate Consultants generally have undergraduate, masters or advanced degrees.
In addition, each summer, we typically hire Associate Consultant Interns (ACIs) from the pool of college students who are between their third and fourth year of school, as well as Masters Degree candidates who are considering a career in management consulting after graduation.
