Video practice case

Thank you for taking the time to work through this practice case. We hope you find it useful in your preparation.

This interactive case is comprised of several short video segments. Start by watching the first video segment.

At the end of the segment, the video interviewee will be presented with a question. Enter your answer to that question in the space provided and select "continue." The next screen will show your answer as well as the model answer for the question.

After you have reviewed the model answer, watch the next video segment to see the interviewee answer the question and progress through the interview.

Continue through the screens until you have completed the entire practice interview.

The total of all video segments is 16 minutes. There is no time limit for the questions, and Bain will not see your answers.

While the analytics section should ultimately generate correct numerical answers, the conclusions that you draw are neither "right" or "wrong." The solutions that we provide are simply one possible recommendation.
