Scheduling Instructions
How do I schedule an information session?

Scheduling an information session is a straightforward four-step process, outlined below. Please read this guide before continuing.
Step 1: On-campus rep selection
Please note that some reps only meet with first-year students or second-year students, while other reps meet with both.
- Select the on-campus rep with whom you want to meet.
- Click on "View schedule"
Step 2: Date & time selection
Available dates and times for the selected on-campus rep are displayed.
- Choose a session time. Please choose only one.
- Click on "submit".
If no times are available or no times are convenient, you may sign up to be notified when new sessions are added.
Step 3: Your information
Answering these questions is required to complete the scheduling process.
- Fill in all the required information.
- Click on "schedule session".
Step 4: Confirmation
Your session will be scheduled. The on-campus rep name, the session date, time and location will be confirmed. This information will also be emailed to you. A Confirmation Code will be displayed. You can use this code to reschedule or cancel your session.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You may use your Confirmation Code to access the system if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Can I share my confirmation code with others?
No. Do not allow other students to sign up using your Confirmation Code. Sharing a Confirmation Code may cause your session to be cancelled.
